I have contracted Boris for a number of different jobs. Each and every time my expectations are surpassed. I met Boris a few years ago when I hired him for the first time and since then have been able to trust him with multiple requests. As someone who is a bit anal about my belongings I need to trust that the person I hire is going to pay close attention to detail when completing the repair. Luckily, Boris pays great attention to all the details in my repairs. I have yet to be disappointed in the final job. In addition his prices are beyond reasonable. Normally you either have to pay ridiculous sums for decent work or get mediocre work for a good price. I have recommended Boris to multiple friends and all have been pleased with his work.

When moving into my new apartment I was upset to find the sofa didn’t fit through the door. Boris was able to fit me in the same day. He took the sofa apart, moved it in, and put it back together. Good as new and saved me buying new furniture.
Later I needed to reupholster a chair. Boris did this for a reasonable price and the work was high quality.

after filing a small claims case with this company, Boris returned our phone calls. We told him we would drop the claim if would return the merchandise to us. At his convenience, not ours, he returned the benches. The benches were nowhere near completetion and unassembled. Now we have to find someone us to complete the job.

Boris is a very responsive and honest operator. He was not able to do my repair, but he forwarded me to someone else who not only did it, but supplied a complete replacement for half the cost. Rather than him ordering and charging the full amount, his referral saved me over $ 80! Very refreshing to deal with an honest operator! Thanks!
