Asish and Susan were great setting up all the details for the car pick up and return. In particular Asish was so gentle he drove us to the train station when we returned the car. Everything worked perfectly, the car is so easy to drive that it was sad when the trip was over. The Toyota RAV4 was clean and with a nice essence too.
I would definitely recommend this experience to all my friends.

Great RelayRide with Asish and his Toyota RAV4. The car is like new and drove very smoothly. It’s AWD so it was perfect for getting to the mountain snowboarding for the day. Located in Grove St, Jersey City, so it’s a few stops from the city Path. Very convenient for those of us in Manhattan who need a rental car but with personalized attention and prices less than cold, robotic, car rental companies. It’s basically the ‘Air b&b’ equivalent of cars, and neighbors helping each other out, instead of feeding giant corporations. Asish, personally, was very nice and quick in communication. I def recommend RelayRides and specifically, Asish. Thanks again.

Asish made renting very easy and responded quickly. His car was clean and well equipped (it had a charger, aux cable, and gps). His location in Jersey City is very convenient, and he dropped us off at the PATH station at the end of our trip! We used his car for a ski trip, and his Rav4 fit our equipment and 5 people.

I cannot imagine a more positive experience — Asish was kind, accommodating, gracious and understanding (we had to return our car a little late because of traffic — and he was so cool!). His Rav4 was spotlessly clean, well stocked, and even had a place to play music from your phone! Would definitely recommend him for a RelayRide. The guy even droppped us of at the train station so we didn’t have to walk in the cold! What a gem :)
