The best buffet I have been. The food is so delicious, so fresh. The server is so nice. I’m really enjoyed my meal here. It worth the price.

Too many complaints I see on here with reviews but dinner was only 13 $!(On a Saturday around 3ish) Which isn’t crazy expensive for a all you can freaking eat… What did you expect from a hibachi buffet? It had crabs, it had shrimp, it had crawfish, it had great choices from the hibachi section to the typical Chinese buffet… I’ve read reviews about the food not being better than Chinese food from the mall… you are out your mind! I had great service from drink refills and abundance of choices in food that kept coming out… by far the best buffet in jersey city… it is new and landslide better than the other one up the road… I am only seeing bad reviews from cheap people who expect 5 star service you would get at a fancy restaurant… please come down from your expectation cloud and the buffet is located in Hudson mall around the hood stop your crying. i see it attracts you boogers that are always angry and need to get mad about something lmaooo… A MUSTTRY for a buffet located in jersey city… food is fresh, and sooooo many choices… btw check out the dessert section! It had pretty awesome choices, you are welcome in advance!

Went with a few friends the other day and were very disappointed. The food was not good ATALL, Chinese food you get from the mall is a lot better, and that’s not a great comparison. At one point in the middle of our meal the waitress came over with fortune cookies saying«thank you», which pretty much meant to leave. And while I was eating I found a piece of plastic in the pizza the manager came and said he’d give me a refund and the waitress came back with three dollars telling me he’s giving me back 20 percent. At that point fed up me and my friends left. The service was horrible, food wasn’t good, atmosphere there is none, truthfully worst buffet I’ve ever been too

Came for lunch today and was seated immediately… This is my second time here, the first time being its opening day. What was different this time is, you don’t have to pay before being seated. The spread is what you’d expect at a Chinese/American buffet. The seafood wasn’t spoiled, like somebody said, but I can’t tell how the sushi was, since I didn’t bother. My only disappointment is there was no Chocolate or vanilla ice cream cups. I made do with the chocolate pudding. For $ 10.36 with tax and a Pepsi, this a good option for those looking for lunch in the Hudson Mall area. FYI, they don’t take American Express.

Hudson Mall Hibachi Buffet. That should describe what you are in for. Let’s just put all the cards on the table here: Hudson Mall is by far the crappiest mall in all of NJ. Its not even a mall– more of a collection of random nonsense all under one roof. So needless to say a «Supreme» Buffet in here isn’t going to set the gourmet world on fire. But its very decent, if not, I dare say, kinda enjoyable. Does the service at the hibachi grill suck? Yes. 100%. Its manned by two Mexicans who don’t speak a word of english, snatch plates from your hand, toss your food on the grill with aggression and then shove the plate back at you with equal finesse. But don’t make that deter you from enjoying this buffet. Jersey City needed a good buffet. Sure, you have Fun City(or whatever they call it) also on Route 440 just a mere five minute drive down from HGSB but that does not look like any place you want to be eating from. Hibachi Grill is brand new, huge and still in good shape; ie It’s inviting. The selection is very good. You have everything from salads to cold appetizers, to soups, rice, noodles, hot appetizers, all the main Chinese entrée staples, plus the hibachi grill, a carving station and an ice cream freezer. All this for $ 10? I can definitely overlook a few flaws. Look, this is not the greatest buffet in NJ. But its most certainly the best option in Jersey City at present time. If you are on a budget and want access to a good selection of Chinese food and enough seating where you wont have to wait for a table, then I challenge you to do better than Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet. If you don’t mind spending $ 30 for your buffet and want a higher quality of asian food, travel to Secaucus and check out Tokyo Hibachi and Buffet. You get what you pay for.

I LOVE sushi buffets… This one is not high on my list, HOWEVER, I wouldn’t rate this at 1 or 2 stars. The place is new, but the buffet is your normal Chinese buffet. There is an abundance full of selections, so it should fit to everyone. As far as service, it’s a Chinese buffet, they are super busy and short staffed, people need to understand that. If you expect grade A service, go to a 4 – 5 star restaurant, not a buffet!!! I can’t stand when people complain about service at a buffet! Btw: there is no alcohol, and it is NOTBYOB. I asked why it is not BYOB, the manager said the mall management and security will not allow it since it is in a mall. :( All in all, I would go again, not often, but if my family or friends were in the mood for regular Chinese buffet food, I would go. Hope this helps! :)

Crabs reeked of ammonia. That indicates DECAY. Any shellfish with a pungent ammonia odor should be discarded immediately. Yet customers were fighting over rotten seafood. Everything else was standard buffet fare. Bleh.

Think before you go here, this review is based on their service and treatment of customers not based upon the food which is very good. Before I went in, I asked for all the prices for the takeout, regular food is $ 4.59/lb, seafood items make it higher. I get the takeout and I’m about to pay, I sit it on the scale and I wait for the price. It comes to over $ 6.50 for the little bit of food I had. So I asked her why it was so expensive? She says: «You got beef! That’s expensive! So I’m charging you $ 5.99lb» I said where on your menu is that price? Your hostess explained the prices, and your menu only mentioned seafood being higher priced. She was speaking to me as if I were uneducated and had an «oh well deal with it» attitude. So I showed her the menu, I asked to see the sign that has the beef price. She just continues to tell me the total and says that beef is expensive. I told her well if that’s the case then I am not buying it, I’ll go eat lunch at another restaurant. She was dumbfounded that I, this«uneducated individual»(dressed in business attire) was not going to buy the food and furthermore told her that they were committing fraud by telling me to pay more. Then she backtracks on everything and says I’ll let you pay regular price this one time but remember for next time that beef is higher. I told her to put up a sign because that will land them in trouble. It might not seem like a big deal but they should treat all customers equally and not try to scam me because they think they can. And then to speak down to another person over food is just pitiable. Bottom line: PUTUP A SIGNWITHTHECORRECTTAKEOUTPRICES. DONOTGETUPSETWHENCUSTOMERSPOINTOUTYOURFRAUDULENTBUSINESSPRACTICES. DONOTTRYTOUPCHARGEMEJUSTBECAUSEYOUTHINKYOUCAN. TREATYOURCUSTOMERSEQUALLY. Your food is excellent but your service is horrible and your practices are dishonest.

Newly opened buffet located in Hudson mall. They have sushi, regular buffet and hibachi all for the price of one. There weren’t too many sushi choices, kinda hoped they would have sashimi. They have pretty basic rolls, and the pieces are small. We went for dinner so there were plenty of seafood options: shrimp, oysters, crawfish, crabs. I didn’t get a chance to try the hibachi just because the line for it was so long. The hibachi has many different things you can add onto your plate and the chef will prepare it for you: meats, veggies, noodles, rice. Some of the regular buffet food lacked flavor. They have a lot of seating but even on a Thursday night, it was pretty packed. Overall, pretty decent for the price that they charge.
