iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

The five star rating is for Christian who did what I hope is the final repair on my iPhone… which I will get to in a bit.
I would give iCracked a two star rating. I originally had my phone repaired by another technician, and it seemed to be a satisfactory experience. However, after his repair, he notified me that he forgot to put back in a screw for me. Because of bad weather, there was a long delay before we made arrangements to meet up again. In the interim, I noticed two new flaws (and no drops to the phone!) – one, a chip by the home button, and then yet another crack across the top screen. I was pretty suspicious at this point – did I get a bum replacement screen or was the installation done improperly??? iCracked has a lifetime warranty, so luckily I thought I could get this repaired, no problem. Well, it was a definitely a process. After corresponding directly with the first technician, he suddenly disappeared. And then I got some status email from the claims department saying they were working on it… but then 2 weeks went by… nothing, despite me reaching out to them several times. Finally I took to Facebook and Twitter before I got someone who could actually do something. And that person, fortunately set me up with Christian.
He called me and was able to meet me the following day. He was thorough and showed me the check process. And he actually informed me that I was not only missing one screw, but 4! And I could see how the lack of stability of my phone could have contributed to the second round of cracks on my phone. Christian was not only competent but very pleasant to work with. Thus far I am happy to have a new looking phone, and hopefully this is the last of this fairly annoying saga.
