On 9÷22÷14, around 8:45am on Mercer St, I witnessed an incident between a guy from J&J and another guy on the street. There was a dispute over a parking space, but the J&J guy was yelling and calling the other guy ‘the N word’ and ‘the F word’. J&J guy was escalating in aggression, pushing for a fight and generally causing a scene. I must make it clear that I have no knowledge of the quality of their work. I have not personally used their services. But I thought it might be relevant… when choosing a company you want to do business with. to know that if you hire them, a rage-aholic racist might show up at your door.

Considering that I have been lacking my Central AC for a month, they were very responsive and helpful. I called at 12:45PM to ask if anyone was available to be sent over to my house today and they immediately replied that they can send over someone between 2PM — 4PM. The technician arrived at 1:30PM, and went straight to fixing the issue. One hour later, everything was fixed, and my AC works! I highly recommend them if you prefer a straightforward response and prompt service. Just FYI: Prepared to use either cash or check to pay them if you want to avoid the additional 3.5% credit card charge. I had to use my credit card, but you can save the extra 3.5% by using cash or check, since it’s just a pass-through charge to them for the credit card company.

Company kept us hanging. Filled online request for consultation. Appeared they responded quickly as they called us the same day. George(perhaps owner) set a schedule for a Friday between 8−12pm. My partner waited since he was the only one able to take the morning off and I had to go to work. He called back Friday at 8am only to reschedule for a Saturday bet 11−12pm. He said he had another plumbing job to take care off. So we were okay with it. So we waited Saturday only to get a text message at 12pm saying that he’s currently at a work site that’s taking longer than expected and suggested that we reschedule again! The rating really does not mean anything if you can’t hold on to your appointments. You lose customers. Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
