New owners have taken over since late last year. The two girls who worked here opened on time on the weekends. Since new ownership, the guy that opens, never opens at a consistent time on the weekends. Some weekends I think they’re not yet opened and someone is already washing or I go and they’re not yet opened. This is not the way to run a business. Post the business hours on site. Be aware of your customers and considerate of their time. Time is money. I have to set my Saturday around your business hours. Ridiculous. I forgot to mention the neighborhood crackhead is still in there doing what I don’t know. People not washing, loiter and take up the five few seats in there. Just sitting and watching people actually using the machines. They did get the change machines fixed after the girls were let go . That’s the only positive. How is there no business hours posted? Which means they open and close when they please.

Not a bad little place. I’m not used to having to walk to a laundromat to do my laundry. But this was convenient from where I live. This will more than likely be where I will do my laundry. I only gave 4 stars cause it’s some what small. It has 16 total washers, and 20 dryers. It wasn’t to busy when I went there either(8:30am). So I got right in and out.

When you don’t have a washer or dryer at home(ours gave out within a few days of each other) the tedious, time consuming chore of doing the laundry can be monumental. You have to carry your heavy laundry, detergents and other paraphernalia and then spend at least an hour with total strangers folding your unmentionables. If you’re lucky, the place is a nice and clean, local(cause who wants to lug bags far) laundromat with a friendly staff. Free wifi is good too. Closes early.
