Always insane and chaotic. Best advice is to make an appointment. They try their best to see you at the appointment time but if anything you’ll wait no longer than 30 minutes.

I need to do drug screen. Labcorp website says this location has this service, but if you try to set an appointment, there is no drug screen option there. So I tried to call to verify — it’s impossible to get to any person using the number they give you. I called central Labcorp customer service — the girl there just looked on the same site and told me it’s ok to come any time. I set an appointment in the site. But when I came in — guess what? I was told they don’t do any drug screens at this location. I should go to another location that does the screens between 11am to 2pm. What a great hours for someone who currently works. Waste of time and money. Horrible unknowledgeable customer service.

There is an entrance to 600 Pavonia Avenue! That is NOT the entrance to LabCorp. In fact the directory only lists another lab, which I went to, thinking that was it. LabCorp’s entrance is actually outside next to the pharmacy. I had and appointment for 7:45 and ended being late because of the bad building labeling. However, once I got here, is taken care audibly and was out within 10 minutes.
