Anytime you pass by this store, even during peak holiday shopping season, you are likely to find very few shoppers. There are 2 reasons for that:
1. The sales associates suck. This Saturday (12⁄20) around 3pm, I stopped by and picked up a scarf and the lady who was at the counter told her colleague to ring me up since she was a «princess» and not willing to do it. The guy took his time to flirt back with her, while I waited. Very weird vibe there.
2. They do not allow returns, only exchanges within 15 days.
