I had a bad case of bronchititis a few weeks ago and didn’t relish the idea of sitting in an emergency room for hours. I found this clinic by accident on a web search. The nurse practitioner who treated me was really wonderful. I am a RN myself so I have a feel for the difference between good and indifferent care. The pharmacy is 3 steps away from the clinic so it was easy to get my prescription filled. All the other urgent care centers are only open till 5 or 6 PM so I was happy that MiniMed is open until 8:30 PM. I think it cost me $ 59.00 out of pocket, which is only $ 30 more than my insurance co-​pay would have been at an in network center an hour or so drive away from Jersey City.
