Made me a beautiful bouquet for my civil wedding! It was so beautiful. The flowers were extremely fresh and lasted all day ! Pictures came out great. Could not have of dreamed of better piece to add to my special day. Thank you. Friendly helpful staff!

I have been ordering flowers for my wife for over 10 years. I have learned to order directly from a florist and have always received amazing service as a result. Being new to the area I had to find a new florist, so I tried Noah’s Ark Florist based on the positive reviews. I planned a nice romantic dinner at home and knew that the flowers would get there by 8pm at the latest. As it is, when 9pm came and passed I decided to show my wife the picture of the $ 100 bouquet I got her. At 9:55pm the flowers came looking nothing like the picture online. What was supposed to be mostly pink was more like a Spring arrangement.
Will not order from here again.

This is the WORST florist ever. Save your time, money, and aggravation. The owner is rude, condescending, and does not appreciate customers. They have the absolute worst customer service. They missed their delivery date by 2 days and tried blaming it on me… nice, huh? And when I tried to explain what happened, she just kept interrupting me, trying to talk over me. Oh, and then she hung up on me. Like I said… WORST customer service and definitely not a business I want to support when there are so many other amazing small businesses out there who actually appreciate their customers. I was forced to give a 1 star rating even though it deserves a –1.

I stopped by here the other day. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Flower arrangements were fresh and beautiful. The bouquet I bought for wifee actually lasted WAY longer than I hoped it would. I gotta say though, it’s pretty pricey. However, I guess that’s what you should expect when purchasing flowers in a Financial Center.

This florist is one of the greatest that I have dealt with and you should not hesitate to place an order with them. From the great website and beautiful arrangement of flowers to the speedy delivery and perfect customer service have no doubt and place an order with confidence as I am a very satisfied customer.

We went to Dotty maybe a month before our wedding, without a firm idea of what we wanted for floral arrangements. She was so accommodating, patient, and friendly. From the word go she was on top of sending us photos via email for possible centerpiece ideas. If you’re worried about cost, because flowers are expensive, we gave her a budget (which of course we went over– our doing, not hers) and she had no problem working around that budget. The flowers were amazing. I’ve heard people complain that the flowers for their wedding were either totally different or wilting or just not even in bloom. This was not the case with Noah’s Ark! Dotty’s floral arrangements were great. And she personally delivered them to the church and to the bridal party. It was just great! What a pleasure doing business with Dotty. We had centerpieces we wanted to use and she advised on which flowers would work best for the design of the centerpiece that would still work with our color scheme. Thank you so much! Order your flowers from Noah’s ark for an event or just because you are in the mood. You will not be disappointed at all.
