*Update*
In response to the comment below. I’ve have seen Dr. Patel multiple times so I know I have the right doctor. Ok perhaps she doesn’t see thousands of patients… I’ve changed to hundreds. But more important surprising factor is that Dr. Patel’s office had time to respond to Unilocal comment but we are still waiting for a call back from the office. It would have been better priority to check ur messages than check Unilocal reviews which will get worse if you never respond to your urgent messages.
— Never takes calls, especially calling for emergency
— Wait time is over 30 minutes, even when having an appointment
— Office Staff is very rude and not helpful
— Dr. Patel lacks patient care and ability to handle with proper due diligence
— Office should not be supporting hundreds of patients if the Dr and the staff cannot manage
— Writing on behalf of my parents, since I take them often to see Dr. Patel
