Very good service. I order a basic arrangement and it was done super fast. It looked awesome, super fresh flowers and bundle it up with some delicious chocolate cover strawberry were so good. The strawberry were covered with different types of topping and different types of chocolate. Very enjoyable experience and I would come again.

Go here all the time, for flowers and gifts. They have flowers, balloons, Gift baskets, plants, teddy bears, chocolate covered strawberries, and fresh fruit arrangements. I always get something good and unique. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are good too. Will definitely go back.

It’s to bad that we couldn’t give this place no stars. Let me start by saying how ghetto the employees and the owner are. Horrible people and have no respect for clients. Very disrespectful and insulting. They said they attempted to deliver the flowers when someone was actually home and then the delivery person asked for more money to re deliver. I felt really bad for me friend for what they put her through and then the owner ended by telling her that«she needs Jesus in her life» will definitely never ever owner from this place again

I agree with the other reviews here. This is the single worst example of product and customer service you will ever find. They did not deliver flowers that I had ordered for my wife(well in advance) on Mother’s day and didn’t even call or email to inform me. When I called to inquire about the flowers, I was asked for order numbers, what I had ordered etc. etc. Stuff you would expect *them* to have. She didn’t apologize. Even after I told her I was upset that she didn’t have the common courtesy to at least apologize. She offered to deliver them that day so I had to explain that Mother’s day was the day before and a day late wasn’t acceptable recourse at this stage. She still expected me to pay for the flowers which was incredible! After requesting a refund, she replied«fine, if that’s your choice» as if I wanted to be in this situation and then hung up on me. I’m guessing i will have to follow up on the refund. I think they are a teleflora partner and a 1800-flowers partner so make sure they never send your order through Rosebud. They are the worst.

had specific directions not t leave the flowers with the doorman but to go to the actual apartment. After waiting all day, sure enough the flowers were with the doorman. Also, I had ordered a personal card with a message. The card was completely blank. Won’t be back.

Worst florist ever! First let me start by saying the owner/florist is a horrible person. Extremly rude and sneaky. I once rented chairs from her for a party event in which she charged me the cost of two extra chairs saying I did not return them. She never loaded them into my truck and I didn’t realize it til after I left. I went to her again bc I need flowers and rose petals. I did want to go back to her but all the other local florists close early. She sometimes is open late. She overcharged me for the flowers saying she just got them that day. She didnt wrap them up in front of me. When I got good look the flowers they were old and falling apart. Secondly, there was a mouse, clear as day eating the flowers and leaves on the floor. Disgusting!!! Never again. Rude horrible lady with horrible service and dirty. smh
