I actually didn’t know until recently that Staples offers UPS services. I guess I was living under a rock. I came here today and about a month ago to drop off some packages. Pretty quick and easy.

I went in to print a simple doc from a web page. Machines didnt work. Employees ignored me. Waste of 15 minutes. Save your money and go anywhere else – this place sucks.

It’s always a new issue when visiting this location. I purchase a lot of ink on a monthly basis and take advantage of the ink recycling rewards program. I have yet to receive my rewards from August. I’ve been to the store at least 7 times to bring it to a managers attention. They have never offered me any type of discount for my inconvenience. I will never purchase ink from staples. offers cheaper ink and free one day shipping. I have been a loyal customer to staples until the unprofessionalism I have been experiencing at this location.

So… it’s right after the new year and your fax machine can only make incoming faxes, not outgoing faxes. Wait, what? While the rep was helpful, the equipment should work. Now for another trip back…

«Customer Service is not part of our job» That is literally what the manager of this store told us. They totally over-charged us on a printing job and then refused to correct the bill. Then they threw out the copies so we were left with a hefty bill with nothing to show for it. When we called the manager over and then asked why we were not told the truth about the price, he said«it’s not part of the job to tell you that.» If STAPLES wants to survive as a company then they should train their sales people to at least understand what customer service is otherwise why am I even going to STAPLES? I can get the anything they sell online at a better price(and probably with better customer service too).

This place is fine if you only buy office supplies here, or perhaps furniture. Do not ever attempt to buy anything remotely electronic here, though. They will push the«Technical Support & Protection Plan» on you so hard that they almost won’t let you leave the store until you buy it. It borders on harassment. Their salesmen are well-trained in the Hard Sell method, not to mention interrogation and torture. No many times you say«no,» they’ll keep insisting on it, and every time they’ll get more pushy. Sometimes they’ll even tag-team it and put two salesmen on you, with two of them insisting that you buy the goddamned plan in an attempt to wear you down. The worst part is that they won’t even bother to check stock on the item first, so sometimes they’ll spend 30 minutes forcing a plan down your throat, then come back and say, «oh sorry, we’re out of stock!» I hatehatehate this place. I’ll never come back unless it’s a last resort, and even then only for office supplies.
