is a corporate housing company. We rented an apartment from them that they have at 70 Greene Street. Overall our experience at the apartment was fine and the pricing was fairly ok.
The main reason I’ve given a poor review is that they incorrectly offered my family an extension on our place as it had already been rented out. This forced us to be homeless for a while while
(corporate housing) came to the rescue. So word to the wise, be very careful with extensions and renting from them. You’ll want to triple check that you actually have the apartment.
One of the other major negatives is that this company is based in California, so their service is on a delay when renting in NYC/​NJ. This is a really important as when finalizing details, the time difference alone could put you in jeporady. Overall their service was very slow to respond.
