What an awesome vibe and atmosphere in this store! Best T-Mobile store I’ve been to in a long time, the way the manager and employees approached me was just warm and welcoming like I was family. Great customer service has dwindled down and hard to find BUT not in this place. definitely going back there!

I just started a new job in the area… was contemplating on switching my provider so I decided to check out Tmobile after work… George and David provided fantastic customer service when I decided to make the switch to T-Mobile. They were courteous, funny and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. If you work or live in JC and have any need related to your T-Mobile service, future or current, definitely come here. I can’t imagine any wireless store with better service.

Brand new location. Why is the service so poor already, didn’t any of these people get customer service training? I walk in the door, one guy is sitting on the counter and ignores me completely, one rolls his eyes and yawns, and a woman at the other end of the store asks if she can help me. I explain the issue and she proceeds to try to take the back off a phone without a detachable back. Then they can’t find anything to press the button to get the SIM card tray out(ps. I did it with the back of my earring. They’re not particularly adept at problem solving). She hands me the phone back with a shrug and no solution on what to do next. When I pressed she said I could come back and buy a SIM card later. At the next counter, the yawner offered his customer a free SIM card(in Spanish, nach). Utterly useless. A store full of lazy, incompetent, indifferent staff is not how you build a brand. I’m at the journal square location now and might actually leave with a working phone.
