I was a tenant at The Cliffs for over a year and had a great experience. The building was very pet friendly(to the point where the dogs were peeing all over the carpet, which management cleaned, and running around getting mud everywhere… which they also cleaned). Amenities: — Before moving in, if you wanted the walls painted a different color, you can just arrange it with the building as long as you supplied the paint, they would supply the labor. — 24 hour concierge — Great BBQ pit area and patio(4 free BBQ grills for the residents to use and plenty of tables with parcels). You will often see residents sun bathing on the patio on nice days(good quality lawn chairs supplied). — AMAZING kitchen(it was what sealed the deal) with a wide 5 burner stove, and all stainless steel appliances including the fridge, dishwasher, stove and cooking fan. Lots of kitchen storage space. — Bathrooms were huge(not sure if necessary, but HUGE. — 12 foot ceilings(maybe higher) with track lighting in the living rooms. — In unit Washer Dryer(Boshe) Small — but efficient. One issue I had was with the windows — they are HUGE, thus super heavy. The maintenance crew came in to balance them so they would be lighter, but it was only properly done with one of the 5 windows. 3 of the 5 windows were MUCH too heavy, and the remaining one wouldn’t stay open. I had called maintenance, but they said there was nothing else they could do. Parking was expensive — $ 200/month for the covered lot, and $ 150/month for the outdoor uncovered lot. Then again… rent wasn’t cheap either… As a resident, I truly felt like they cared about making those extra little touches to keep the place feeling welcoming and well-kept up. They re-paint areas of the hallway that get scratched up. They hose down the patio area to keep it clean. They wash the lobby windows and doors EVERYDAY. Also — SHOUT-OUT to GERRY(building facilities manager) and Martin(shuttle-bus driver). Always friendly with a welcoming smile and wave as you pass by. Moving in and moving out was nice and simple. Great freight elevator(that on occasion gets stuck) next to a very large loading area. Before moving out, they give you a check list of everything you need to do, and as long as you do it, zero hassle. I would definitely recommend living at the Cliffs(although it can be quite pricey).
