The Culinary Conference Center

We had our daughter’s bat mitzvah party at the CCC and it was fantastic! They were flexible and accommodating as we planned the set up and food choices to make it the type of party I wanted. The staff was very hardworking, friendly and helpful. Best of all, the food was outstanding — I got many compliments on the variety and quality. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation. Thanks to Chris, Sara and all of the staff!

The buffet is not worth $ 14. The food is hit or miss. Save your money and go elsewhere.

What an awesome experience!!! Billy our chef and teacher was the best. We learned so much while having a lot of fun. Can’t wait to go again. And I highly recommend the tapas menu for your cooking lesson!

I went to the Triple C for a beer festival. It was a nice venue! Very easy to get to from the Journal Square PATH station.
It was clean, the staff were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. What more can you ask for?

The Culinary Conference Center is a great new event venue in Jersey City! Conveniently located within walking distance of Journal Square, just off of Sip Ave, there is a spacious parking garage with reasonable parking rates just across the street.
The conference center is part of Hudson County Community College and I would love to come here again and take some cooking classes that I saw advertised. I was here recently for an all day seminar and the staff/​students (?) did an excellent job with set up and break down of both the continental breakfast and delicious lunch spread that was offered! We had a great, fresh salad, chips and a selection of 4 — 5 sandwiches & wraps were all creative & delicious. I tried the Roast Beef Sandwich as well as the Tuna Salad wrap… both very yummy! The sauces they created to go with the chicken & turkey sandwiches all sounded amazing, but one can only eat but so much. Regardless, I highly recommend that you check out the Conference Center if looking for large, clean event space in Jersey City!
