If I could give 0 stars to this store I would. Terrible customer service. Got 2 bikes for my kids on a Monday. They told me they were going to be ready by Thursday. We went to get them 2 weeks after to pick them up and they weren’t ready because the guy who had to assemble them just quit one day after we made the purchase. So in those 2 weeks they weren’t able to get anybody else to get the job done and the person who was in charge that day said they will be ready for the next Thursday(again). We went on the following Monday and surprise surprise. They only got to assemble 1 of the bikes and that I had to go back the next day for the other bike. So they made me waist my time and gas.

The worse possible layout a store could have, rude and unwilling to help staff working here. It took me a hour to pickup my item, what in reality should have taken less then 10 minutes. Signs and directions don’t make sense, and instead of taking me to where I needed to go all of the staff I’ve asked just pointed and said you will find it eventually. I will never come here, only will shop online going forward.

Mixed reviews here. Placed order for Glider and Ottoman, was given wrong time frame when order was placed. Had multiple issues trying to figure out when items would arrive, also had misinformation given to me several times. The process of the order and receiving it was a complete mess so on that end I’d give 1 star. The store manager, Will, deserves 5 stars. He made me feel assured that the issue would be corrected and those that did not do their job correctly would be spoken to. He also compensated me for my troubles along with dealing with my issue personally.

The rudest people work there, instead of trying to help you with a problem or look something up In the computer they just look at you and shrug their shoulders like they’d rather be somewhere else, won’t ever go back.

The worst shopping experience in 10 years. The laziest, rudest and most dishonest store employees I have ever seen. I visited this store on 12/31/2013 between 2pm and 3pm. There were very few shoppers in the store. Some toys fell off the shelves and were laying on the floor. Multiple employees just walked by and didn’t bother to reorganize. I took 2 $ 50 Amazon gift cards to purchase. I wanted to make two separate transactions, one for each of the gift cards. The cashier just refused to do it, saying«I don’t want to do an extra transaction for you.» So I went to the customer service counter to do it. The lady reluctantly agreed. When the POS register showed I can even split transactions by myself, the lady said«that’s not functional.» Then another male employee came over, saying«It’s only for cash transactions.» I will never visit this store again unless the company shakes it up.

This store is disorganized and hard to reach. We ordered a crib which was meant to arrive in 1 – 2 weeks. 4 weeks later we started calling the store. Their phone is almost always busy. When it’s not, you have to wait up to ½ an hour for someone to pick up. After 5 weeks of ordering it, calling multiple times and going to the store, someone actually decided to check closely into our order and it turns out they had received the crib, but the wrong one. When they realized this, they offered to sell us the wrong one at a discount or re-order the correct one, which would take another 2 weeks, without any compensation for our trouble. If we hadn’t kept bugging them, the item would likely have been lost forever. Their system for tracking orders is horrible(I’ve actually seen their computers at the store and they are extremely slow. The people who work there often have to check on items manually in the stockroom because the system is so bad). In summary, if you see an item in the store that you want and can take home the same day, and you don’t expect to ever have to return it, you might want to use this store. Otherwise, I’d definitely skip it.

I remember going here when I was a kid whenever I purchased a nintendo or game boy cartridge and you’d have to get a slip in front of the game display and bring it with u at check out… ahhh the good olé days. As for today, great friendly customer service, especially from the lady at customer service who must’ve referred to me as «baby», «sugar» or «honey» a total of 15 times within a 5 min span. Lemme here a «woot woot!» if you cried when u found out they sold out of Dr Mario!

This is a very new store, and I was really excited when this place opened because it’s closer than the Secaucus location(and it’s newer). That being said, this store just feels so much smaller. I felt like the selection was a lot less(although more items seemed to be in stock). The store also felt a bit more cramped, although that might have just been me. Basically, I came here, and left without purchasing anything(which is pretty rare for those of us w/baby fever). Hubby and I both agreed that if we were going to shop, we’d head over to the Toys R US at Secaucus, although this one is more convenient if we ever wanted to make a simple return. There’s nothing quantifiable as to why this store did not meet my shopping needs(it was filled with toys and baby stuff) but I also know that I will probably not come back here to shop unless I’m already in the area for another reason(and maybe not even then).
