Ernesto, did a great job on Sat 9÷12÷15, He was able to answer all my questions, concerning my high bill, he also help me save money on my monthly bill, he is in tuned to his customers needs, so I say job well done Ernesto! :)

The associates here (Amanda, specifically) were extremely helpful. She took the time and listened to what it was that I was looking for, instead of trying to sell me another phone. I will be coming to this T-​Mobile store from now on.

I had one of the worst experiences while returning a phone. The store manager was extremely rude and with such questionable attitude. I tried to switch from Verizon to T-​mobile unfortunately the coverage still not there so I decided to cancelled after 5 days of service. I was charged 80 dollars for the service.
Please stay away of this store I am not fan of writing reviews nor calling corporate to place a complaint but it was such of horrible nightmare that I had to do it.
If you have to return anything after a «Test drive «at this store… «good luck to you». You are set for the worst experience of your life.
