Do you like dealing with unorganized, lazy, and vapid staff? Well, look no further than Paco’s Paint! I dare you to try to figure out what the heck is going through their minds. The staff are foremost rude. I placed a Uhaul order to which they called to confirm the previous day. Upon arrival, I found that they were closed. I called the store to figure out what was going on only to be rudely told that they were closed (Why would the same guy call me the day before only to confirm a time in which they closed?). This is the second time I have patronized this store … You know how the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and expect a different result … Yeah. Avoid.

What’s the point of checking in online and scheduling a pick-up time if you have to wait an hour once you arrive at the store? The sales person was in no hurry to help the line of customers. Instead, he chatted casually with a couple guys while everyone walked around. Further, the location is super shady, with a giant tarp covering the back room. Definitely will look for a different location or different rental service in the future.

Sloooooow. Understaffed and disorganized, about 12 minutes per customer to pickup a truck, even when using «Express Online Checkin».
