Super slow service. Not professional. Ordered a new seasonal drink. The barista said she never had to make one before. She kept giving me excuses as to why they were out of one of the ingredients. «No one made the mocha whipped cream.» It was 5:30 pm. Perhaps it was her job to make the whipped cream? For future, I could do without knowing that you have no idea how to make my drink, and I also don’t care for excuses. I don’t care about your day, or how lazy your coworkers are. I just want my damn latte.

From the number of things set up to help the queue form, they clearly get a lot of folks passing through this Starbucks at the Hickory Run service plaza. I was the only one here at 8:30AM as I didn’t want drip coffee from Burger King. My latte was prepared as ordered and quickly. No issues, it was A-OK. This Starbucks did accept payment from the Starbucks app on my phone!

For a rest service area, the staff needs to be more coordinated and organize. More attentive to customers !
