Does anyone take pride in their work anymore? Empty promises! It’s horrible! Nice Management, but their congeniality hides their crappy service! I switched cleaning companies to Corp Care, and am very sorry I did! I was originally getting 3 days of service at their cost of 2 days hence, I was sacrificing a day, to get a promised level of quality cleaning that I’ve never received. I’ve even taken numerous pictures and left test piles, to prove the subpar service.
I can see missing a few things a couple of times, but when it’s consistent, it’s a dishonest disservice! Within my cleaning correspondence log, I’ve asked very politely to please ensure cleaning of all table tops and desks, all trashes, etc., and replace to proper placement anything they needed to clean under, like a drying rack or coffee maker for example, and they have the audacity to use all caps, stating that «they always do!» But such is not the case!
I’ve addressed my concerns numerous times with management and all they do is say they’ll address it, or switch the crew, but that has never helped. The nail in their coffin, is my stolen tervis mug. I left it in the drying rack, and the next morning it was gone! Mind you, I double checked everywhere before I left them a message in our log, and of course, they have yet to answer (2 weeks now.,) and still continue with the same level of subpar service… Taking Quotes!
