The car repair place section is good except few things to be fixed:
long wait time, high repair costs, no sense of urgency, shortage of labor.
If these things are corrected this place will be great.

I love this AAA Car Care Plus Auto Repair shop! The staff are outstanding. Not only the repair personnel but also the travel and insurance agents. Their prices are reasonable and they offer many coupons and discounts. Best of all, you do not have to be a AAA Member! Anyone can get their car fixed here! Their waiting area is clean and inviting with TV, Free WIFI and coffee. There are a number of desktop computers available for customer use. As an older adult single woman who knows nothing about cars, this has been the best place ever for my car maintenance and repairs. The staff keeps things simple and prioritizes repairs based on safety and affordability. They offer a courtesy shuttle if you can not hang around. This location has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have invested in staff who know how to treat people.

Fantastic repair shop. The staff is honest, courteous and helpful. I have been to many surrounding mechanics and had lost hope till I found this gem. I never feel as if I am being price gouged or charged for unnecessary repairs. My car is running fantastic and it is all thanks to these magnificent mechanics. I will definitely continue to go to this AAA location.

It was a very nice all service location. Went in to take passport pictures which are free with your AAA membership which was nice. Also went in for travel information. The people at the location was not very friendly or customer service oriented. They did the bare minimum. Customer Service is key to any enviornment that you work in. A friendly quick smile and a willingness to help is so helpful and can go along way.

This is a full service AAA facility so this review only addresses the auto shop portion. It stinks. Between my wife and I, we’ve used them 3 times. Each time we made an appointment as they requested and each time when we showed up it was always the same: they were running behind schedule and the scheduled time was out the window. They were 3 for 3 pulling that one.
The second time I wanted them to do an oil and filter change and service my ac to find and fix a slow leak. When I got I asked the guy in front if the leak had been fixed. He said there was nothing wrong with the ac. By this time there was no refrigerant left in it.
Let me sum up. Scheduling is a fantasy, I haven’t mentioned yet but the front office people are very rude, and their technicians need a refresher course.

This was my first time using this facility. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I used a coupon I had received in the mail from AAA so the whole thing cost me $ 2.96! Hard to beat that!
My wait time was 45 minutes which I felt was very reasonable considering how busy they were! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will be back!

I have visited this location ½ times and I seem to always run into the same problem, the people in the front never check with the people in the back as to whether they can do services on time or have the parts needed in the shop.
I always call ahead to make sure they could schedule me in and have all the parts or equipment ready by the time I get there. They promise they will and then when I arrive, I’m told I have to wait extra time for the part or need to come back
Don’t go here unless you have ample time to spare.

Please avoid!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this service center.
My car broke down on a Thu, so I towed it into the service center on Fri. The car had stalled and would not start for more than 2 sec. I was told on that my alternator was out and the belt needed replacing too, and I should pick up my car for a charge of $ 600. Fine. That is acceptable.
When I picked up my car on Sat, it had the exact same problem as when I had it towed in. The car would not start for more than 2 secs. I had to leave the car back there over the weekend since the mechanic was gone for the day. He left a cryptic message about there being no gas in the car when the fuel light was not even on.
I was then told on Mon that my air flow filter needed to be replaced and that would be an additional $ 300.
The alternator and air flow filter have nothing to do with one other. To this date, no one, least of the manager at the location, has been able to explain to me how two unrelated things can go bad at the exact same time, and how fixing an alternator would not be enough for the car to start. Why did the technician not check that my car was still stalling after replacing the alternator? Why would he say the next day that actually the air flow filter needed replacing? If it needed replacing, why was my alternator replaced as well?
This is like a doc telling you on Thu your kidneys need replacing, then telling you after the operation that actually it’s the lungs that are the problem.
What kind of a service station hands over a car to a customer without fixing the problem and charge $ 600?
The manager — the guy who picks up the phone and stands at the counter — started saying things like — well you know Sir, my technician back here said I was not paid to fix the air flow problem so I did not work on that. I have now told him to fix it, so you can now come and get your car!
The manager’s manager was at least helpful in being up front and communicating that he did not know why two things broke down on the same day.
But then he reminded me 3 times that they filled in fuel (worth $ 20, if that) in my car for free, when handing me a bill for $ 900 that they could not explain.

Professional Staff and quick service. I went in for an oil change and they were friendly and efficiant. I definately recommend this location.

I purchased Orlando theme park tickets at this location. They were very friendly and helpful and efficient.

My car died late on a Saturday and I used my AAA membership to have it toward to this AAA location. I went back when they opened on Monday and they quickly confirmed my assumptions about what was wrong and were able to have my car back to me by the end of the day. Very polite and professional, and at a very reasonable price. Car repairs are never fun to deal with, but AAA helps mitigate them as much as possible. Highly recommended!

Great staff overall from the service person at the front desk to the mechanics at the back working and helping drive the shuttle to service families back to their homes. They back up their work with at least 2 yrs warranty if you’re of course a AAA member. Reasonable prices for the services. They give you a call for updates on your car repair.

Quick service & very helpful. I enjoy going to this location to get my travel maps & books.
