Lenny’s Sub Shop

I was shopping in the area with my daughter and we met for lunch at Lenny’s Subs. I have never been to a Lenny’s before. It was really good! My daughter suggested I get the Philly cheese steak and I loved it! I don’t have a Lenny’s where I live, so I will have to make sure we come here when I am visiting my daughter!

BEST SUB PLACE IN TOWN! My family stopped in today for Kids Eat Free Sunday. This was our second time eating at this Lenny’s and the food was great (especially the Philly cheesesteak!) and staff very friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is fine but the owner is rude. The first experience I had with him I was the only person in the place and he didn’t even say hello. The second time I tried to call ahead and was on hold for nearly 10 minutes until I walked through the door when I mentioned it instead of offering an apology all he had was excuses. It wasn’t until I clarified that yes the employee did eventually answer, but not until I was walking through the door after almost 10 minutes… which sort of defeats the purpose of calling ahead, did he begrudgingly offer an apology that was completely insincere.

Love any other location I’ve been to but this place is pathetic. The food is never up to par. The other locations give alot of meat and here is such a waste of money. The cashier got very rude with me, i called the manager out and he never even apologized for her actions. She stood there talking to her coworker and cussing about me calling me stupid and i told her i was sitting right in front of her and i can still hear her and she just laughed. What a waste of money. Owners and managers should take action against this cashier. Didn’t catch her name but she was the girl who was working at 12:45 on January 8^th. I can get past the small quantity of meat but not being disrespected when i am spending money at your business

I just recently visited this particular Lenny’s Sub Shop. My sandwich was delicious! My daughter had their philly cheesesteak and she thought it was awesome! The employees greeted me as soon as I walked inside and were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

I’m from Philly and Lenny’s makes the closest Philly cheese steak I can find outside of Philly!
Our family loves to get our cheesesteaks here esp on Friday for the $ 5 Philly. Great Deal!!!

Lenny’s subs are always fresh and made to order. They put a generous portion of meats and cheeses on the sandwiches. They do not always clean the meat cutter when they make sandwiches, which is bothersome when you have meat drippings all over your cheese veggie sandwich.

Excellent sandwiches! Deli meats are sliced fresh as your sandwich is prepared. I’ve never had a sandwich here that I didn’t absolutely love. Service is good, the prices are reasonable & the bread baked fresh every morning. Personnel here are ok for the most part, some of them need to work on their smiles & greeting, but Mikey is the heart & soul of this location! To us, he IS Lenny, lol. We started calling it Mikey’s instead of Lenny’s lol! The owner should definitely be proud to have him run this location! Nice atmosphere to have lunch & very clean. The mile high turkey is our favorite, yet the cheesteak is also delish, but they need to add some grilled peppers and/​or some mushrooms to the grilled onions on this sandwich. The hot dog sandwich, despite being a 7−½″ is very filling & delicious flavor! Yum, Mmm. On our way over!

D. I visited one time and got a really wrong order. Since I got it to-​go, I figured I would just eat it as I was already back to the office. I went in again the next week and casually mentioned it (laughingly and lightly. Not in a negative way) the employee. I had just worked 12 hours straight, so I was a little tired and a lot hungry. He told me that he was happy I told him that bc he was the store manager. I quickly let him know that the girl who took my order listened carefully and that she ALWAYS gets my order right. I didn’t think it was her fault. He said that it didn’t matter, and that he wanted every experience to be perfect. He then have me a voucher for a free sub to make amends (which I repeatedly told him was unnecessary). Anyhow… Great customer service, and fantastic food.

A couple times during the week I work out of our Johns Creek office at work and have been meaning to try their subs. I was greeted promptly and the customer service was fantastic. This location is clean and efficient. Love that they have one of those coke machines where you can select a variety of flavors and types of fountain drinks with the push of a button.
I asked for a wrap sandwich and it was perfectly made. I hate when you order a wrap sandwich and it falls apart in one bite. This was not the case with the #4 that I ordered. They have a great chip selection, including baked chips and I asked for my sandwich to go but I’m sure i’ll be back again with other co-​workers for a dine in experience. It’s a great alternative when you’ve had too many «Jimmy Johns» or Jason Deli sandwiches.

I wasn’t sure about Lenny’s since I had never been and didn’t know anyone who has been either. I read the Unilocal reviews and wasn’t convinced that it would be anything different from Jersey Mikes.
While the sub that I had (Mile High Turkey) was good, it wasn’t out of the ordinary or better than JM or Subway. It was pretty average and just okay.
Maybe I’ll go back and try something different. I did find it to be a bit pricey, but I didn’t have coupons or anything to help cut the cost. I will say that my husband had the chicken philly and he said it was really good.

I think Lenny’s is one of the BEST sub shops around– HUGE subs with plenty of meat and good prices! This Lenny’s has a friendly staff and a Freestyle Coca-​Cola machine ;) so you can make 2 billion flavored of soda yourself…

Just moved to area and excited to know Lennys is in the area. Great hot chicken philly today. Store was very clean and had great space in shop to enjoy lunch.

While I know that Lenny’s stores are franchises, I have yet to be disappointed by any location I have visited yet. This one is 5 miles closer to my house than the Cumming store, so we thought we’d give it a bite, BOGO coupon in hand. We arrived at 11:25a.m. sharp, just before the cubicle dwellers in the office parks in the area bolted in the door, personal tech devices in hand. We were able to leisurely order our subs and take prime seats to eyeball a TV, while watching the Lenny’s team become a meal manufacturing production line. The bonus is that the products are, at least to me, uniformly good. Kudos that three different employees came by to make sure we were satisfied with our meals! Frankly, a regular sub is too large for me to eat, so I usually eat half with bread, and then pull the innards out of the other half as I eat them with a fork. The quality and freshness of the individual ingredients become very apparent this way. But, watching the stream of working humanity flowing through, talking into one hand (or earpiece), scrolling with fingers between conversations, while cramming sammich with the other, is a whole lot of savoring actually going on?
