Don’t bother. You get more bang for your buck at the normal nail salons, and you can walk in instead of having to make an appointment. For the higher cost I was expecting to receive soooo much more. Very little massage, weak and fast scrub, limited use of hot towels, callous removal and scrub was pretty much nonexistent. Nail tech was pleasant enough, and the equipment and tools are great. The service provided was just lame. I won’t be back for nails. I hope the overpriced lame service is not indicative of other services this salon spa offers.

This is my first visit to a lifetime fitness/spa. I heard great reviews about the gym and was in dire need of massage so I thought I’d go check out this place. I was very impressed at the size of the facility. The massage was great. No complaints there. BUT what I didn’t like was that I felt like they just wanted to get me in get my money and get me out. After I was done with my massage, I was given a cup of water and ushered to the cashier. I thought I would get a few minutes to relax in the lounge or something. I don’t even know if this place had a sauna or a hot tub. I don’t even know if there was more than one massage room. I have been to many day spas and what I look for is not just a quick massage but a place to relax. This facility obviously has that but none offered to me although I paid over $ 100 for one hour massage. Next time I want a express massage I will just go to massage envy. Good massage but poor service. Would not recommend not worth the price even if you are a member.

I was very skeptical of going to the Spa at the gym but I was in for a HUGE surprise! Allison gave me one of the best massages I have ever received. The prices are very reasonable for the area and it is so convenient to work out and the relax at the spa:)
