So somebody didn’t change the store hours info. I drove 40 minutes on a Saturday only to find the summer hours were closed on Saturday. First of all it’s Fall(nov), second the change was a note on the door, very hi tech! IDIOTS!

I had a small keyboard issue on my MacBook Air and emailed them around 9:30PM. I got a polite email back with a guess as to the issue but was asked to stop by to have it looked at. BJ, the person who answered the email, was in the store the next day and fixed it while we were talking. He wouldn’t charge me either. Great service. I’ll be back of something serious happens!

Did a great job diagnosing and repairing my MacBook. It is under warranty and they handled it. I got it back in a couple of days. That was a couple of weeks ago and everything is fine. The people there are nice and the shop is clean. I know of two other people who have taken their MacBooks there and they have similar experiences. Hopefully they will write their own review.

ok so johns creek is what i hear is a very nice mac store called macrobatix. But the one in town center almost made me hop in my car and ram into there store from behind. I recently purchased there macbook pro 15′ w/o retina. This was the last one they had like that for 1,499 because apple was doing away with them. I bring it home and un pack it and it was not cleaned off matter of fact alot of space was taken up by photo booth pictures. so i took all them off, then it had scuff marks on the edge of the lid and the battery life sucks. ive owned a mac before and ive never experianced such poor battery life. The computer runs well but macrobatix gets a F for keeping there products usable. next time im going to the apple store 2 hours away from my house rather 15 min. its not worth the money. P.S: the charger had scuffs as well.

This is occurred at the Town Center store, but since they are owned by the same company, I would say it applies to either location. We were planning to buy a new Mac and while my wife was at the mall, she went into Macrobatix. A salesman showed her an imac, which is what we were planning on buying. As we had not 100% decided what we were going to buy, he told her she could purchase it and return in within 14 days. So she purchased it. After she got it home, and before the box was opened, I asked her if she received her eduction discount, which she qualifies for. She hadn’t so we went back to the store the next day. They told us they were not able to give the discount but they could discount the purchase of a AppleCare plan, which is not something we were wanting. When we told them we would like to return the unopened purchase, they told us there would be a «restocking» fee that was greater than the educational discount. When I complained that they had not informed her of this when they told her she could return it, they said that even if we had purchased from a true Apple Store, we would be subject to the fee as the computer could no longer be sold as new, even though the box had never been opened. What they did not know is that I was heading to Perimeter Mall the next day. I went by the Apple Store and asked a worker there if I could return a recent purchase and if there would be a restocking fee. He laughed and said they never have a restocking fee. So, rather than being pressured to buy before you are ready, mislead and lied to, I would highly recommend you head to a true Apple Store, it is definitely worth the drive rather than dealing with Macrobatix.

Friendly staff, will be getting my iMac here in the future! Also nice to have a good Apple store-like shop in this area!
