Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest

My child goes to the infant room here and she has been going for about 3 – 4 months. Primrose is your basic daycare. My review is for the infant room only.
Primrose is one of the cleanest places we visited, the price and hours are reasonable and the staff is very sweet and loving with our daughter. We do believe that she is well taken care of.
They have an app (finally!!) and they send pictures and/​or videos once a day. I wish the app had live updating. Other than the daily picture/​video, the daily info is emailed at pick up.
I don’t like that everyone walks in with their street shoes in the infant room where all the kids place their hands, mouths, pacifiers and toys. Also, at times, there can be some disorganization and confusion on the part of the staff, but any concerns are always immediately addressed. In the grand scheme of things, we are happy with Primrose.

Primrose is crazy good. We have two children and have investigated about a dozen day cares in the Alpharetta area. We were going to another day care for six months, but got turned off by the stuffy atmosphere and high prices. Anyways, Primrose is awesome. Here’s a few reasons we love Primrose:
*The staff are real and they are caring. Interacting with the staff is a person-​to-​person interaction, not parent-​staff. There is mutual respect, care, and genuine warmth.
*The staff are loved by our kids and it is clear they love the kids. It is a joy to see the kids crowded around them, reading a book together, or doing some activity, whenever we come by.
*The facilities are excellent, with good classrooms and a beautiful outdoor play area.
*The parking lot has two covered parking spots — great for bad weather situations.
*The price is reasonable.
Five stars. We love this place. If you’re a nice person with well-​behaved kids, put this at the top of your list!
