Alpharetta, GA

Riverpines is a nice place to come practice some golf. I’ve visited on numerous occasions and always find the place to have what I need. You can borrow clubs, which is a major plus for less avid golfers. The pricing is reasonable here and if it happens to rain (yay Georgia weather!) they offer a rain check that you can redeem another day. Plenty of parking and usually at least one bay open for you to practice at. Never played a round here, but imagine it to be nice as the course is in an affluent area.

The staff is great. Course is in good condition and has good signage. No trouble finding distance to the green on any hole. I like that most of the fairways leave room for error (wide open). My only problem is the price. I feel the course is a bit overpriced for the quality.

Great course, I am new to the area and have tried several courses inside the perimeter and also outside and I find this to be great for 2 main reasons.
1. The condition of the course including the tee boxes is great, I played the
Is morning and. A lot if rain during the week and still dry. The greens are very good, flat, smooth good speed and roll no complaints.
2. Pace of play, the clock system they have works well, you can keep an eye on you own time and the marshalls actually tell you you’re on time or pick it up, there are 3 or 4 clocks located around the course to keep you in check.
Overall I would recommend and have returned 4 weeks in a row and I’ll be back agin for sure,

Just played there my first time today. I was very impressed by the quality of the staff. From the team who actually came out to my car and my partner’s car to pick up our bags to the Marshall, to the staff behind the counter, all were helpful and professional. The course was in decent, not great, shape. Considering that we’re talking February 19^th, a week after a major snow storm in Atlanta, I thought it was in good shape considering. The course has good signage and good fairways. Hopefully spring will bring a little help to the tees and greens. But I’ll be back there soon. It’s my new favorite course.
