Shoe Gallery

I really shop here often because I find clothes I don’t find elsewhere. They also have nice high end casual shoes and sandals. I am disappointed because they used to have a wide selection of mid priced shoes but now they are either high end or low end. The jewelry selection is awesome too! Reasonable prices for beautiful jewelry you won’t find everywhere. I am a fan for sure. I shop at both the Roswell and Johns Creek locations.

The shoes are great, unfortunately, the people working the registers have no idea what they are doing. I had a gift card and needed the shoes I was buying. They were unable to charge my gift card and I ended up having to pay the total amount. Very annoyed.

Such an unfortunate customer service experience. Love the unique clothes and jewelry but the people make it impossible to keep shopping there. We missed a thirty day return on a pair of rain boots so we called. The woman we talked to said, «no problem! We can exchange even if after 30 days.»
We are not from the area so made a special 45 minute trek to go back, excited to exchange the merchandise for some beautiful jewelry.
Nope.
Wouldn’t take it back despite my recounting of the phone call. Not even a conversation about it. Just a plain old no. Certainly can’t recommend anyone head to this location of shoe gallery. Perhaps the other have reasonable managers who want their customers to return.

Today I visited the Shoe Gallery in its new location. They are located straight south on Medlock Bridge, in the center with the Egg Harbour Café. The store is very nice but it just did not have enough of a selection for me. If you are looking for high-​end sport sandals, casual sandals or western boots, you will probably find what you like here.
However if you want a casual shoe for work or a dress shoe, I would look elsewhere. They appeared to have a big void, either the shoes were very cheap brands or very expensive, nothing really in the middle.
I would not be inclined to shop here simply because I like a WIDE selection of quality shoes. I was confused by the really poor quality shoes in the same store with such high quality products. Should Nordstrom and Payless really be dating? I don’t think so. On the other hand, you could say that they have something for every budget.
The store also sells women clothing and accessories. However, I noticed that their clothing is skewed more toward mature, conservative women although they did have a few modern pieces as well. They are definitely ready for spring.
The store gets two stars from me and one star from my hubby who really liked the men’s department.
