St. Andrews Apartment Homes

This is the worst apartment complex you could ever live in. It changed hands to the Worthing Companies, and it has gone down hill from there, the property itself is nice, but that doesn’t help me since I don’t live outdoors. I will start with Jaime and the front office, they have no clue how customer service works, they will look at you with a smile and then do nothing to solve your problems, which is what the Worthing companies probably want. They are remixing the apartments, which they start at 8am and could care less how much noise they make, so if you have kids, run far far away. The building we live in has been the dumping ground since they started, they have left piles of construction garbage, a commercial trash can and piles of leaves and mulch which eventually just got shoveled to the woods after six months and many phone calls because of snakes. Then our ceiling had had different leaks at different times and all they do is fix the leak and leave the leak stains on the ceilings until «YOU» call them and ask for it to be fixed. The maintenance is very fast if you have a issue, but also very unprofessional and rude. I had one maintenance guy walk into our home without knocking and my wife had just got out of the shower, he is lucky he walked out and she did not see him, or I would be on the news and not writing this. At the end of the day this place is like all the others, except you are paying a arm and a leg to live in Johns creek, and still dealing with crap office employes. I suggest renting a home or running from this place, also the walls are paper thin and you can hear talking from any direction and kids screaming.
