I am the owner of the company and obviously need to pay more attention to reviews on websites other than Google, Yahoo and AOL. I was discouraged to read the review from 7÷17÷2014.
The tenant is correct with her claim of multiple visits. We found a leak in the indoor evaporator coil visit number 1. Returned and replaced the coil visit number 2. Returned a 3^rd day and found a slightly low refrigerant charge and topped it off. Returned a 4^th day, found a low refrigerant charge, did a simple leak search and found no leaks. Returned a 5^th time for low refrigerant charge and performed an extensive leak search. We found a very tiny leak in the outdoor evaporator coil. These visits were spread out over 60 days because the leak was so small.
This equipment is made by York with a manufacturer’s date of 2010. It should not be experiencing these problems after 4 years of operation. This is an example of why we vow never to install a brand other than what we stand by and what is best for our customers. What Joy did not mention in her review is that we did all of this for FREE because we are a company of high integrity, good reputation and outstanding ethics. The newly found issue had nothing to do with our original repair and we could have walked away from the house with clean hands.
I do hope this review does not cause anyone to avoid our company. Read our reviews on the Better Business Bureau, Google, Yahoo, AOL, Yellow Pages and any other site you can find.

I wish there was an option for less than one star. Extremely incompetent!!! We’ve had these people come out FIVE times now and our unit started making a concerning noise earlier tonight. So, we have put yet another call in and can only assume they will expect us to be home tomorrow while they come out and take our time for granted, once again. Either that or we take the risk of having our house burn down. We’ve had three separate technicians all of which seem to know what they were doing, but clearly NOT the case. Our last tech even took it as far to make it clearly known that AGL has a VERY well known reputation throughout town, during his last visit which clearly reinforces that I’m not the only one unhappy with their services. Furthermore, I was treated in an exceptionally condescending way upon calling in to the office to inquire about the arrival time of each specific tech. I could continue going on and on but at this point I’ve put forth MORE than enough of my personal time dealing with this company and it’s multiple mistakes. The worst part about this whole story is we are only just the renters of this home, so we aren’t at liberty to change companies. Do yourself a favor. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Great service! They didn’t overcharge and were very professional. Jeff Layden was the service tech that came out today. Saved us some money! We have used them before and we will use them again.
