I got the brisket sandwich with a small side of fries. Try it you won’t regret it. The customer service is awesome, and the wait was not long! Will return for more.

Had them several times and the food is awesome. Great burgers, chicken sandwich, brisket, and fresh cut fries. If you see the on the roadside, don’t hesitate to stop, you will not be disappointed.

Their crawfish sandwich was legit! This was my first experience with crawfish and I wasn’t sure if it would be chewy, but it was actually really tender. There was like a kimchi cabbage with it on the soft sandwich hoagie roll. I’m really impressed with how good this was, the flavors were excellent! We split a side of Cajun fries as well(only a buck with a sandwich order) and they also were really good. If this food truck stops in the neighborhood again I would definitely go.

Attending Food Truck Rodeo– this truck was a gem. Hubz got an amazing burger with salt and vinegar fries(Yum!) and I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The bun was A-MAZ-ING! I’m not even a ‘bread gal’ and it was perfect with the fried chicken, bacon and pimento cheese spread(oh my!). Only thing missing might be a pickle. We were a little put off on price, $ 8 for JUST fried chicken sandwich. But I would def order this one again.

Pretty good food truck fare! I’ve had the brisket sandwich as well as the chicken sandwich. First, I’ll review the brisket sandwich. The meat was very tender and had good flavor. Not as good as Moose’s or Swig and Swine in my opinion, but still very good. I loved the crunch and flavor the pickled onions added. They really break up the richness of the meat. The chicken sandwich was decent. Beautiful thick tomato slice and delicious pimento cheese, but I would have liked the bacon to be crispier. The bread on both sandwiches was good. I added the cajun fries and salt and vinegar fries. Both came out hot and perfectly crispy. Not much vinegar on the salt and vinegar fries though. The good prices and hot, yummy food make this a repeat for me.

This tasty foodtruck stopped by my office area today. I had to brisket sandwhich and man that is a tasty sandwhich! First off, the brisket was really tender, and the flavor was excellent. If your have had Mooses BBQ in Summerville, I would say this brisket is better. The sandwhich is served with a nice slaw that is light on the mayo and heavy on the tang, and a small amount of bbq sauce. The truck itselt serves a variety of sandwhiches and fries. Other sandwhiches include a burger(which was sold out today, so it must be tasty), a crawfish roll, and a chicken sandwhich with bacon and homemade pimentto cheese that my coworkers all enjoyed. You can get your fries regular(with salt and pepper), cajun, or with a salt and vinegar seasoning. I look forward to trying some ot the other items from this tasty foodtruck.
