The employees are very helpful. They do not hover over us. The other reviewer has a bad attitude and apparently has a lot of growing up to do.

Johnson City, TN
The employees treat everyone that walks in the door like a potential shoplifter, they are not discrete about it, and they all lack personality. Don’t even try to go to just «browse the selection», they won’t allow it. The store does have a good selection though. If you don’t mind being hassled by rude zombies while you shop this is the hardware store for you.
