Hands down the best pizza in Broome county and a staple for our family!

Delicious pizza tucked away in an unexpected street corner near Wilson Hospital. They have both white and cheese pizzas ready to go, but if you’ve got some time, I’d recommend trying some of your favorite toppings — they won’t disappoint. Finally, don’t forget to check out their nice drink selection — they have delicious cream sodas and root beers!

Not good. Pizza tasted like it had been reheated even though we ordered a whole pie. It was Luke warm also. After going here twice recently, mostly out of nostalgia, I am crossing this old favorite off the list.

The best way I can describe their pizza is it is similar to the style of pizza you would find in old forge, pa. I have always thought the dough tastes sugary and the only way to eat their pizza is when it comes out fresh from the oven… only my opinion. This pizza is very popular amongst the locals. In fact, they use to run commercials with the phone number as a jingle. Even if you have never ordered a pizza from brozettis, everyone in Binghamton knows their phone number.

It’s all been said before. The place is a staple in the area and the unique pizza crust is what keeps me coming back. The garlic is addictive. I can it ¾ of a sheet myself just for the taste. They make little sheets if you are in a hurry and want to pick one up on the go. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they are kinda crass sometimes but that doesn’t affect the food.

OK. First off let it be known I’m a Cortese man but due to circumstances(Mom in hospital next door to Brozzetti’s) I tried Brozetti’s for the first time in probably over 35 – 40 years. Man time flies. I was surprised how tasty it was. The best word to describe the crust is «spongy». We got the 8 slice sausage pizza which is perfect for 2 people. When fresh out of the oven it’s really freaking good. The sausage had a spicy flavor and was a good topping. One reviewer said the pizza is cardboardy the next day. I can totally see that. For the money it is a tasty pie that pleased me. When I’m on this side of town(hopefully not for a hospital visit) I’ll definitely get me some Brozetti’s. Still loves the Cortese but, Brozzetti’s is a photo finish second.

Ok — if you grew up eating Brozzetti’s and listening to their now classic jingle, you think there is nothing better. The pizza has a unique taste and it never fails to satisfy. There are other good pizza joints in Broome County(many of them) but this is one place not to be missed.

Came back to Brozzetti’s after a two year hiatus. Last time I was here, there was a guy that coughed the entire time while preparing my pizza. Gross, but it happens. This time, no coughing but sneezing. I guess I must just have terrible timing. The pizza is not as good as I remembered it(kinda soggy???), and they put my slices on a styrofoam«plate» without a layer of waxed paper in between. As a result, i had to throw away half the pizza because the plastic had melted onto the pizza, leaving little craters of melted plastic all over. Ick.

I haven’t had this pizza in over 15 years after moving away. It’s definitely a little sweet but totally full of flavor. There are a ton of great pizza joints in the Binghamton area but don’t miss this treat.

I am a fan. I have to warn everyone that Brozzetti’s is not what you would typically think of when you think of pizza(especially not in NY). It is a sheet pizza with a slightly sweeter crust. The crust isn’t sweet in they way candy is sweet, not overpowering at all, just different. This isn’t what I would typically want when craving pizza, Brozzzetti’s is kind of in a class of its own. When visiting my college friends in Binghamton we often order a sheet of Brozzetti’s before a night of cocktails. It is good to have a slice or two to put something in your stomach, and even better when you get home and need something to soak up the alcohol. They allow you to split the sheet up however you might like and we usually get some plain(half or a quarter) and the rest white. Their white pizza has a delicious garlic sauce on it the goes really well with the slightly sweet crust. To be honest I’m not crazy about their red sauce, but it’s just nice to mix it up a little between slices. The sheet pizza costs about $ 30 the way we get it, so adding meats and other topping will up the price, so it is expensive compared to other sheet pizzas in the ares, but it is huge and I think worth the price once in awhile for something different. You also don’t have to order the entire sheet, they also do halves and quarters, but we like to eat the leftovers for days so we always end up with the full.

A staple of local pizza! Growing up in the Binghamton area we would always swing by Brozzetti’s whenever we were around Johnson City. I remember the first few times I had it as a kid, the sweet dough and delicious sauce. Now almost 20 years later it still tastes just as great. With Nirchi’s, Rossi’s and others in the area, I would vote Brozzetti’s as not only the best in Binghamton, but the best I’ve ever had!

We stop here multiple times on our vacation, the pizza never disappoints. We had a large extra cheese and pepperoni… mouth watering good pizza. Wish they were able dry ice ship this golden slice of heaven. Looking forward to our next visit already.

this pizza reminded me of my childhood… little square slices(sheet pizza) that they served at camp. of course the quality far exceeded camp speers pizza but nostalgia it gave me. conveniently located next to wilson hospital, this establishment has been open since 1949. such a charming venue– no frills; just a bunch of boys serving up fresh slices

I grew up on Baldwin Street and lived off Brozettis my entire childhood, teen years, and now adult life. This place is great! A family favorite and tradition.

this place is hit or miss for a lot of people, but for me it’s a hit. i didn’t get it too often growing up and i’m wondering why. every sunday at family gatherings they would usually opt for Nirchis but i didn’t really have a say in it. anyways, this place is takeout only with no tables to wait at, but they do have a cooler with sodas and beers in it available for purchase, along with assorted chips and candy bars. i love the pizza here. sweet crust, good sauce, and a unique blend of cheeses. the cheese is where people seem to complain. it’s got american in it, which adds a sweetness to it. most people think the sauce is what makes this pizza sweet, there’s even rumors that they put peanut butter in it(which is total BS), but my money’s on a sweet dough and the american cheese making the unique taste. for toppings, the sausage is amazing, probably the best sausage for pizza in the area. their peperoni is good. i get it on their white garlic pizza, which is also great, but i feel like they don’t use fresh garlic on the pizza, that would put it over the top, but they do use extra cheese on the white pizza. i’d like to try their spiedie pizza and chicken wing pizza sometime, i’ve never had either but i’ve had their wings, the buffalo sauce is good but the bbq sauce for their wings is just ok. they bake their wings in an oven, which i can understand because the kitchen is cramped and they don’t really have room for a fryer. the first time i had them they were actually good, i was pretty suprised, but the 2nd time i got them they were a little fatty, so i probably won’t be getting those again anytime soon.

Brozzetti’s Pizza is our favorite place to get a pizza. It has not changed over the years like some of the other pizza places. It seems when they branch out to other localities, they lose something. The quality and taste is the first to go. Well, Brozzetti’s Pizza is the same every time you order it. We love it and drive over 35 miles to pick one up. My husband is very critical of his pizza, seeing as it is his favorite food. We have tried to duplicate the sauce and crust by adding sugar to it, but can never get it exactly the same. I really love the taste! We will usually save half and eat cold for breakfast the next day. We eat it often and have never had a bad pizza in all these years. From the other reviewers who did not appreciate it, well it is just a matter of taste. What some people like, others will not. So the best advice I can give is to order one yourself and see how you like it. As for it being a pick up only type of place, that is fine with us. We like to pick one up and take it to my father-in-law’s house on Riverside Drive in Johnson City. One time we bought one for his parents, when my mother-in-law was still alive, she had just had her legs removed and had not been eating well. We thought a pizza might liven her mood. Well, she liked it so much that she ate *8 pieces herself! She did better after that. It is a very clean shop and the people working there are very friendly and eager to help you. We almost always get a parking spot right in front, but there is a parking area around the back that we have used too. The prices are very good and better than many other pizza places.

We live Washington state. My husband’s father has family in Binghamton NY& this is a family tradition. When we visit, we go to Brozzetti’s. When they visit us, they bring us Brozzetti’s! They are visiting in August & bringing 4 pizza’s in their carry-on luggage for us to enjoy! The pizza is so much better than what you get at your chain pizza places. It’s different than most American pizza’s. As most of the reviewers on here have said, it is a sweeter crust than you get most places which had me a bit weirded out the 1st time I had their pizza. But it’s so delicious. I wish we had something similar here in the Pacific NW but so far we haven’t found anything that compares. Consider yourselves lucky NY’ers & enjoy!

Brozetti’s is a hometown staple. The crust is sweet but not too thick, the cheese is a mozzarella/American blend. Together, you end up with a pizza that leaves you wanting more. Brozetti’s is NOT your traditional pizza so if you’re thinking a round pie with oozy, stringy cheese, guess again. As for the place itself, real patrons know that this isn’t a pizzeria. You go in or call in your order, pick it up and go home to feast. All I have to say is 79−79−960, you know the rest!

Mmmmmmm Reading the reviews of the people that were not too taken with Brozzetti’s, their descriptions of the sweet crust & sauce, American cheese… that’s what makes the pizza so delicious! I agree too, it is good hot, cold or in between! I have not lived in the area for about 27 years now but every time I go back home the FIRST thing I want is Brozzetti’s pizza!!! They make party size so my family will have 2 or 3 different varieties of them waiting. Straight from the airport to where the pizza is! Mushroom is my favorite. Finely chopped fungal deliciousness! My daughters absolutely love this pizza too & will mention it every so often. I even went as far as bringing along my vacuum sealer last time I was home so I could package the pizza to take back to KS with me in my suitcase! As mentioned, it is take out only, no delivery. They also have drinks & chips for purchase. I don’t agree that just the hospital up the street keeps this place alive… many many people all around love their pizza. I don’t know about Unilocal’s filtered reviews! I understand the reason for it but when I searched on Brozzetti’s to write a review and they had such a low star rating, I was confused. It looks like many of the low ratings are not from locals who truely know, grew up with & appreciate Brozzetti’s. Although everyone is entitled to their opinion, local or not, I then read the FILTERED reviews that do not have an effect on the star rating(I’m hoping mine is not filtered as I have been posting on Unilocal for a long time.) and on the filtered page, the ratings are all 4&5 stars! So. when checking out Unilocal reviews, remember to take a peek at the filtered postings if there are any! Oh my gosh! The pictures are making me hungry!!!
