Booked an 11.00 AM appointment with a very helpful manager named Ally the preceding day. Showed up at the store at 11.00 AM, doors were locked. Came back five minutes later and doors were still locked. Staff inside stared at me from behind the glass till I left a few minutes later. If the store and staff aren’t prepared to open at 11.00, why book appointments then? Will try another David’s Bridal, just won’t be returning to this one.
