Awful place. Everyone there, especially the receptionists, are horribly rude. They treat you like a burden and do not want to help you at all. They also overcharge. Before appointments I would ask how much it would cost and yet when it was time to pay it was always way more than what they said. They also would never tell me what they were even doing to my teeth! They would just say they’re working on whatever tooth that day. They wouldn’t say what «work» they’re doing. I had my X-​rays done at a previous place and I was told I had 1 maybe 2 cavities, yet at dr nunleys all of a sudden I have 11 teeth that need work? That’s $ 2000+ worth of work by the way. I also had to reschedule an appointment at one point and yet when I showed up for the rescheduled appointment they told me the appointment had never been made and blamed me for it? How hard is it to actually put an appointment in the system? And why did they blame me and make no effort to make it up to me? They offered to schedule another appointment for me THREE months away. Do not go here.

Rude. Tried to overcharge. Used cleaning agent containing artificial sweetener even though my daughter informed her about being allergic to artificial sweetener.

The receptionist and some of the other staff members were incredibly rude. They tried to bill for unauthorized procedures and procedures they hadn’t even performed. The hygenist I had my first time there was very rough and painful. In addition to this, my second time there, they performed unauthorized x-​rays and claimed I had THREE cavities. When I asked to see these three cavities on the x-​ray she could not show me.

I needed to find a dentist for my 92 y.o. father who has dementia. My primary physician recommended Dr. Nunley as someone who is experienced in working with geriatric patients and people with special needs. All the staff at Harmony Dental were very gentle and patient with my father. The hygienist did a great job! Dr. Nunley was willing to focus on maintaining my father’s current level of dental health rather than subjecting him to additional treatments. Both the hygienist and Dr. Nunley listened carefully and were respectful of my father’s needs. I would highly recommend Harmony Dental!
