The ice is always in defrost and never works. When the staff was confronted about the issue they suggested that I could go to the nearest Taco Bell to cure my cravings. The most senior person available for assistance during my visit said I could speak to a manager when they opened the next day. I ensured that I would be there when they opened. She then proceeded to say that nobody would be there then.
I am not impressed with this location as they pull your spending history before assisting you with any issues. This fact means That even though everyone pays for a membership, you are not as important as the other person that paid the same amount.
Don’t shop here.

Sam’s club is part of walmart and they destroy local business. I do not shop there anymore

Dearborn, MI
Might seem odd to you, but I go there every year for my eye exam. The optometrist, Dr Kennedy, is outstanding! She and her staff are extremely friendly and she does a thorough eye exam. As this is an independent office, you don’t need a membership to get your eyes checked here either.
