I am a student at ETSU and University Edge is as good as it gets. I moved into my apartment freshman year of college. I am now currently a Junior and this will be my third year living at University Edge. It is my home. I love living here especially with the pool, gym, tanning bed, pool table, and the maintenance team is fantastic. I have had nothing but great experiences with University Edge. Yes, it may be pricey but comparing it to the other apartments in the area you absolutely get what you pay for. I highly recommend living here!

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT, LOOK ELSEWHERE, IF YOU ARE A PARENT DONT LET YOUR KIDS LIVE HERE. I moved out last semester and left behind my younger brother and sister in a 4 bedroom apartment. Management placed them with two random placements, one of which owns a large Pit Bull. These are dangerous animals that are blatantly against the leasing agreement and possibly against the law in Washington County. The apartment complex will not remove the animal, because the owner claims it is a ‘Lab mix’ and refuses to provide proof otherwise. It is clearly a Pit Bull with very little lab.

Honestly. They don’t even deserve one star. They are the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. They charge you a ridiculous amount of money for absolutely no reason at all. Oh and when you move out and don’t even get any of your $ 500 security deposit back they send debt collectors after you to ask for even more money. University edge has terrible management and they have NO idea what they are doing. Stay away from this apartment complex I promise you that you are better off. You will save hundreds maybe thousands of dollars of wasted money on this place. I would have rather lived in the dorms than in this place again. And I can promise you over half of the people that live there hate too. Save yourself and run in the other direction.
