Mr. Simmons offers great service for lock replacement, rekeys, home and vehicle lockouts. If I had a safe I’d have probably need to call him for help with that too. He is the only locksmith I deal with for both personal and business needs. I originally called him after issues with a «fly by night» who destroyed the key way on the front door of my business.

Very disappointed with service. Scheduled appointment for replacement key with owner Robert and after being several hours late he hands me a key that doesn’t work! As he’s driving away, I call him to let him now the key doesn’t work. He then tells me he has to rush to an emergency call and should be back soon. Two days later after dodging my calls he returns and resolves the bad key issue. Very rude person!
