Moved in not even a month ago and already, heat broke, dishwasher has mold, little things here and there, but worst of all they’re HORRIBLE at snow removal!!! I just wrecked my brand new 2013 Focus ST in there parking lot because I slid into a curb! There wasn’t a single drop of snow removed in that parking lot!!! I went in and told them and they just said «oh they’re coming soon and you’re responsible for fixing your car» total crap!!! I’m giving you 2 stars only because the heat was fixed finally.
