I am outraged over the wait for a table on June 18 around 3 am. I had to wait for over 60 minutes for a table, no acknowledgement from staff asking if my party of TWO was all set. I am astonished at the horrible service from the lack of apology, to lack of management speaking up regarding the wait. I will not be returning to this place. RIDICULOUS. DONOTGOHERE. They stated«the kitchen was backed up» there were empty tables everywhere. And still waiting for almost an hour. I didn’t think it would be that long or else I definitely would have left. Don’t get sucked in

You always know what you get at Denny’s. So, the food okay, but there has never been enough kitchen staff. We have waited up to 45 minutes for food. We go planing to have to wait. Overall I didnt like Denny’s! The waitress forget about us totally.

Because the staff at this restaurant didn’t require proper ID when recent patrons used a credit card, my bank is out almost $ 200. The creeps that were fraudulently using my account went on a 3 day crime spree earlier this month, racking up nearly $ 6500 in charges across Connecticut and Rhode Island. Denny’s needs to take security and identity theft serious as other businesses of all kinds are forced to do.

It’s decent. Sometimes you get food that is just plain disgusting(like the lava cake) and sometimes you get stuff that’s pretty good(the pancake puppies.) there are pretty much always weirdos here though…

Denny’s is one of those unique 24hr chain restaurants — and when you come in at, let’s just say 3 am, you expect just a basic level of service to include at a minimum: Proper seating, mediocre service, and some way to reach out to management if your order comes so ill prepared you feel the need to complain. Foreboding already, I know. I came with a party of six people and the place had plenty of seating. With no party ahead of ours, it took 10 minutes just to be seated. We sit down and are promptly greeted by a friendly waitress who takes our drink orders in zig-zag pattern. Drinks came out and were passed down the table because she forgot who had which drink. We placed our order and the wait began. The food came out staggered, and one order came out wrong. When we asked for a manager to rectify the situation, he asked in a condescending manner if that person would liked it re-cooked. Look — I know its late at night, and I know the wait-staff may be apprehensive of a crowd that comes in at 3 am — but you’re a 24hr chain! After declining the offer to re-cook and asking that the food be taken off the bill, the manager walks away without clarifying what he planned to do. Meanwhile, most of our party had been waiting for drink refills and the service was so slow a different waitress volunteered to help assist with the table. An order of chicken tenders and barbecue sauce came out 10 mins after everyone else’s order. It was just disappointing to some members of the group. This Denny’s was appropriately staffed, we were not the largest party in this restaurant by any means, and we were not being overly demanding or rude, we just wanted the basics: proper seating, mediocre service, and a way to reach out to management. After requesting of the second waitress who stepped in to clarify if we could get the incorrect order removed from the bill, the waitress yells across the restaurant«Al! Are you taking this off the bill?!» Literally from one end of the restaurant to the other. The manager did end up reluctantly removing the order from our parties bill, but there wasn’t much customer service. The only redeeming feature of the experience was the fact that my friends and I could laugh at the experience in the moment. The mutual consensus of the group was«Next time: Ihop».

Every time I come here late night there’s no tables occupied with very short staff where my party would lose patience and go to ihop. They make us wait for so long while staff argue in the kitchen this establishment is very is extremely unprofessional I will never come here again during after hours

I am OUTRAGED by the service that a friend received at this Denny’s. First of all, the manager had TRAINEDRATS as servers and waiters. I cannot believe that this corporation paid for this man to buy special made, rat-sized uniforms. Unbelievable. Arguably, the rats did look clean and were polite. HOWEVER one of the rats REFUSED to bring my friend a water, and brought the check to the table with no water. I have just one question for the manager: if you trained these rats yourself, why did you not teach them what«water» is? I will never bring my business to this Denny’s. OVERVIEW: Full of rats. Don’t serve water.

This was my second time here. Both around 3pm, both times we were the only customers in there. My first time, the waitress left us with empty drinks for over 20 minutes, my salad was beyond soggy and overall the service was completely terrible! I decided to give it one more chance but the same thing happened today. We were without drinks for 20 minutes, while all the staff sat there and conversated without moving once!!! I purposely didn’t call her over today to see how long it would take her, and after the 20 minutes I had to ask her to get us our drinks. Mind you again, we were the only people in there ! We had nachos as an appetizer, and we got the half sized one when we were supposed to get the full. My salad came out messed up because she entered the wrong thing. My boyfriends meal was cold by the time he got it. I’m never one to complain but I am absolutely shocked about both of my experiences here. My waitress either looked like she had no sleep for days or she was high as a kite. I had to keep reminding her to get things that we should of had in the first place. I have never seen this in my life !! While the whole staff was sitting around doing nothing they could have been cleaning the piles of stuff off the window sills or the cob webs on the lamps. Or better yet, give us great customer service like they should supposed to be doing! I will never be coming here again! I don’t even know how this waitress and some staff still have their jobs. Mind blowing!

Never had a bad experience at a Dennys untill now. Took the family out to dinner on 6÷26÷15 and was not pleased. The wait staff was pleasant and did a good job, even though the the manager seemed to be giving them a hard time over nothing, they were doing fine. Then comes the food… Everything was flavorless and cold. It seemed as if nothing was really cooked and all came out of a frozen pouch and was poorly microwaved. 2 Lumber jack specials and 2 kids meals with drinks. 50 bucks gone and I left furious. Will not visit this Dennys branch again… So disappointed, we were so happy on the drive there with the idea of breakfast for dinner.

Always enjoy it here. Atmosphere is family friendly. Kids eat free on Mondays. Wait staff has always been very nice. Food is usually good and comes in a timely manner. And they usually have decent specials. Overall, I would bring my family here anytime except busy Saturday mornings.

I’ve been to this location several times in hopes to have a better experience. Unfortunately it’s not happening. The atmosphere and service are the usual, nothing to complain about. But ! The food is extremely inconsistent. That’s the deal breaker. Each time there is something missing or it’s cooked differently. Hit or miss. Hope they establish some better trained line cooks.

I’m giving my experience eating at this restaurant 4 stars. We were greeted by the host when walking in and he sat us within minutes. The place was busy. Our server was Jessica G. She was very pleasant and made sure to smile. The only thing I would recommend is for her to check on the table shortly after the food is delivered. I was not asked how my meal was nor was I asked if I wanted a refill on my coffee until my meal was nearly completed. And I’m not a fast eater if that’s what you are thinking. I was pleasantly surprised by the manager«Al»(Abdenbi Almechatt) when he came over to ask how everything was. I witnessed him walking around the dining room and making sure the guest were satisfied with their experience. Overall everything was satisfactory and I will be returning!

I’ve been here four times so far since they have opened. Every time I have regretted it. The food is consistently sub par even for Dennys. Late night it is the only breakfast open in town but I would still look else where.

I have been to many Denny’s before and by far this is the best location I’ve ever eaten at. The overall atmosphere is much cleaner and friendlier than the Warwick location, slightly bigger as well. It doesn’t feel as crowded. The food here seems to be slightly better than at other locations, it seems to be prepared with more care. The servers are mostly friendly and helpful. No complaints from me.

Went to this recently opened Denny’s at 11AM on weekday. My companion and I were seated right away in a corner booth, which was reasonably comfortable. The interior was very clean and modern. We were served coffee right away, and our order was served promptly in 10 minutes. I ordered the French Toast Slam(two slices of french toast, scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, and two sausage links) and an extra side of bacon and sausage. The standard coffee is a mild blend, which is fairly weak, so I would recommend the bold blend if you prefer strong coffee. The food itself was average at best. The scrambled eggs weren’t very hot, the bacon was somewhat chewy for my taste, and the french toast was rather bland and could have used more cinnamon. On a positive note, the portions were excellent, and the waiter was very attentive, bringing us napkins and coffee refills. Positives: pleasant dining atmosphere, quick service, attentive staff, fairly extensive menu options, adequate portions, open 24 hours. Negatives: Bland, lackluster food, weak coffee.
