They designed my website. When I asked for a 30 minute tutorial about how to add content and other website related issues, the owner ignored me. He was angry with me for telling him that I was not happy about him adding my name, without my permission, to the email list for another venture of his (a weekly email publication). Completely unprofessional and not customer oriented.
