I went to two Metro PCS stores before coming to this one close to my workplace. The other 2 were located in Warwick where I live and the experience wasn’t fun. Salvatore greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. He was very easy going and also knowledgeable. He was able to explain things simply and clearly and did not pressure me in any way. Probably the single best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. I’m very pleased I found it Check them out.
