Capt Ron L. doesn’t even live here in this state He has to have the wrong place. He should call Norm and apologize for making that review in 2013… Norm is a honest guy he’s prices are cheaper than anyone else’s.check him out you won’t be sorry.

Norman is awesome! He has been fixing my cars long before he opened up his own shop! He is one of the few honest reliable mechanics around! If you want it done right and do not wanna get screwed see him.

Yup Norman is my dad… the first negative comment from 2013 this guy has never been to my dads shop. get ur facts straight ppl. He dont even live in RHODE ISLAND! !! Most honest mechanic around and not becuz he’s my dad, try him out u won’t be sorry. Not to mention I tell him he is way too cheap. but hey I speak the truth!

Norm the owner is awesome. He’s always there. Always looking out for his customers. He only does the work that’s needed, his prices are fair and he is always honest. I’ve been taking my car and all of our cars to him for over 12 years (before he even had his shop). We moved and are now about 25 minutes away — but it’s worth the trip. I’ve also referred many people to him (including my 84 year old dad). Another repair shop was going to charge my dad $ 1100.00 for some work on his car, Norm did the same work for $ 300.00 … he’s an honest guy getting through the day like the rest of us.

So I go here for all of my regular car maintenance and have had the opposite experience of the guy below me. Norm, the owner, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to meet your car needs and doesn’t do frivolous crap to your car that you don’t need done. Prices are great.

Last year, this place took my 81 year old mother-​in-​law to the cleaners by replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. Elderly people beware!
