Pezza Garage Doors

Unilocal led me to contact Pezza Garage Doors over one of the «well known» garage door companies you see on TV. Sure glad we did! They were able to send someone out within a couple of days, as we needed, on a Saturday! The repairman was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be repaired and the cost was exactly as quoted on the phone. Would highly recommend Pezza Garage Doors!

Tried to open garage door, no go, one of the torsion springs had broken. Checked UnilocalPezza rated 5 star but only 1 review, they were close so I contacted them. Best move I made got Anthony, said he have his service guy contact me later in the day, 1 ½ hours he was at the house. They didn’t have the right sized spring but put a temp fix in and said they would be back. We never missed a beat and a week later they came back and installed 2 springs in 20 minutes. Anthony had given me a Price originally but the available springs were larger better and more expensive but he put them in for the same price he didn’t want us to wait. You don’t get too many businesses that give their word and stand by it. I recommend Pezza very highly.

A broken garage door left us vulnerable to theft. I called Pezza Garage Doors and Anthony answered the phone right away and he sent his crew out the next day! He missed a digit in my cell phone and he took the time to look me up and leave a voice mail on my home phone. When I called back with my cell, Anthony’s colleague Michael explained the details of the install and I decided to forgo the free estimate & just have them install the new opener. The next day his crew called before they arrived so I didn’t have to waste time waiting. They were done in less than 90 minutes so I didn’t have to take an entire vacation day. The foreman explained the unit and coded my car so that I could use that function, too. The best part of using Pezza is that they are a local company, they let us pay with a credit card the day after the job was installed AND they were $ 100 less that Sears. Excellent & responsive service. I’d recommend to anyone who asked.
