Terrible experience as a tenant with RPM. Maintenance people entering apartment without knocking or notice, water shut off due to non-​payment by this company, zero help resolving issues with neighbors (who should never have been rented to in the first place), duplex in run-​down condition because of lack of structural maintenance, furnace not up to code, no fire extinguisher, rude and evasive office personnel, apartment had not been cleaned when we moved in… and then $ 325 taken out of our deposit for yard maintenance? We mowed and cleaned up our yard at least weekly. We were only responsible for half, since it was a duplex… ridiculous! Soooo glad to get out of there. Would have sued if we thought it would be worth it… definitely would have won as RPM does not have very good records, high employee turnover, and no lawyer/​insurance for lawsuits. However we wrote it off because we were so relieved to get out of there and did not want to mess with any employee ever again. Don’t rent from these people, they are extremely difficult to deal with — if you can even get someone on the phone.
