Consumer beware– Save your money! THEYTAKEADVANTAGEOFYOU! I was having some problems with my Dell Inspiron570 where it would start up but immediately shut down. New to the area, I found this place on Google and decided to go based off the one other review on here. I totally regret taking the other consumer’s word on this place! I brought the desktop into the Johnston store and spoke with Bobby. He was professional at first and explained that he would give me a call by the end of the day Friday or Saturday morning. Friday and Saturday both came and went and I never heard from Bobby. I stopped in on Monday(Their closed on Sunday) and Bobby explained that my computer needed a new central processing unit(CPU) and that it would be more expensive to fix the computer than to buy a new one. Of course, Bobby tried to get me to buy a new computer. I told him I would have to get a second opinion before I go out spending another $ 700 on a computer. I brought the computer into my work and had a co-worker take a look at it. Turns out, the fans inside the computer needed to be replaced. After spending $ 80 on some new fans, my computer worked like new and continues to work like new to this day! Moral of the story= these guys are SCAMARTISTS!!! Don’t bring your computer here unless you want to get duped into spending WAY more than you should! This is worse than a car dealership.

Forget the tech support services offered by big-box electronics stores. Those businesses don’t care about you and the technicians’ knowledgeability is not guaranteed. For the same money, you can deal with a local business and extremely skilled technicians who explain everything to you and are happy to answer any questions you might have. They break their work and your options down for you and never pressure you to spend more, calling you with a price check before moving forward on repairs. They’ve been working on my computers for seven years now and I have never been anything but satisfied with them.
