Never buy any washers or dryers from them. I waited 4 days for them to tell me that is not under warranty. This is after many times being told that it was covered. Go to Sears anywhere else. I talked to mangers and he said don’t worry it covered. The different story’s by different people is crazy. I had to call a place that fixes washer and now it’s 80 dollars to come out and repair. Never again will I buy anything there again. Beware

I don’t really care for Home Depot in General. this location is ok usually clean and well stocked. good luck trying to get somebody to help you. if your lucky enough to find somebody after 20 minutes of walking around your doing great! The only place I see employees are in the front end and while they might ask you if you need help finding something they don’t take you to the product they will just tell you a general aisle to look in.
It’s nice they normally have what you need for home and garden but customer service sucks.

meh. Came in looking for one item, that you would think any remodeling store would have, a bathroom fan/​light combo.
Not a nary one insight, nor a single employee to help me as I combed through every single aisle.

All I can say is I am glad I rent or this is where all my money would be going. I love HD. I can also say that I think they have made great strides from a customer service perspective. They still don’t have a lot of old retired contractors that know everything about everything, but they do have folks that know stuff and can direct you in the right direction. That in and of itself is a huge improvement over the past few years.

Home Depot is a girl’s best friend. Okay, not really, but it doesn’t mean you can’t like going! And, this location is quite nice actually. I think a lot of it is simply based on where it’s located… it’s on a hilltop overlooking scenic Johnston. I’m being a little facetious, but you know what I mean.
Customer service here has always been stellar, if not mildly overbearing. And, maybe it’s because I’m a girl but I always get treated like I don’t know what I’m looking for… little do these folks know I’ve been rewiring electrical sockets since I was a 3rd grader (literally).
No real complaints here.

They have the most horrible customer service I have ever seen. I have had to file 2 BBB complaints just to get the managers to accept returns for defective garbage merchandise. Go shop at lowes and don’t deal with this BS.

I’m a big fan of outings to Home Depot, and this is my favorite of their local stores. They have a sensible, right-​sized layout to navigate. Prices are what you’d expect, frequently with a handful of good «grab it» buys on certain items that are utilitarian and good to keep some spares on hand of (I use their orange HD buckets a lot); work gloves are another thing that get some good dump-​bin specials. The garden area here is solid, and usually my pick for a faster check-​out than the regular register area.
Essentially, this is a store that will meet the local needs with relatively quick in & out capability and fair prices. As a bonus, my kids and I like driving up the hill toward it — they feel like we’re storming a castle. So it has that going for it, too. Solid store.

I definitely agree with Harold!
I call this store: My Home Depot. Obviously, Home Depot is a massive chain, but this store feels like a tiny Mom and Pop place. The employees are just amazing. They truly care about the store and the customers. They have helped us completely renovate and restore our old Providence home.
I’ve spent hours and hours designing a kitchen with Tom, who was nothing short of a saint. We returned several times to tweak our design (which he encouraged– he really wanted us to get the kitchen we envisioned).
The paint shop employees have help us choose the colors in our home. Lumber cuts whatever we need. Lighting shows us the best deals.
So, so wonderful.

This Home Depot is one of the smallest I have ever been to, but what they lack in square footage they make up for in customer service. You can not walk through this store without being greeted at every turn by knowledgeable and helpful staff members. This Home Depot is also one of the cleanest as well. Good Job!
