Used these guys because they are the only factory authorized Fisher & Paykel service near me. The technician (Dennis) is a very nice guy but has failed to repair the dishwasher in FOUR trips and multiple parts, including a control board and motor. When I asked about his experience with this particular unit (or even F&P in general), he admitted that he had little experience with them. This is disappointing for the authorized factory service outlet. Looks like I am now faced with paying to import service from the big city. :-(
