Dreammakers House Cleaning

I have used Dreammakers for almost 1 year and it has been a wonderful experience. I pay for two hours and she shows up on time and starts to work immediately. She completes the full 2 hours and the house is shining and clean when she leaves. She also does extra tasks that are not normally included. I plan to continue using Dreammakers and would recommend them.

More like NightmareMakers! This place is a SCAM! I hired them to clean my friend’s house for 3 hours — I was told that 3 hours would be enough for 2 women cleaning 7 rooms. Well, I got a call from my friend saying that they left an hour early and didn’t even finish cleaning all the rooms. In fact, they left half way up the stairs. I wanted the full 3 hours since that’s what I paid for, so I called the owner of the business. She called the women and was told they left at 3:45, and because they had gotten there at 12:45, that would be 3 hours. I explained that my friend had heard them leave at 3 which she then disputed saying that that wasn’t true. Then she blatantly accused my friend of lying which she doesn’t do. The owner asked when my friend called, and I told her she called at 4. She said, «Don’t you think she would’ve called you right at 3:30 when she discovered they had left?» Which is absolute nonsense. She thought they were coming back! Then the owner accused my friend of having mouse droppings on her kitchen counter which simply isn’t true. I’ve stayed with them for months and have never seen droppings much less a mouse. They have a cat who would take care of it (like he does with things he finds outside). She also claimed they found mold on the plates in the kitchen sink. Another falsity. As I know the plates were only placed there this morning. So yeah, they lie and lie just to get away with doing a half-​assed job. DO NOT USE. You’ve been warned.
